VyvoPay fees refer to the charges applied for certain transactions and services provided by the VyvoPay platform. The fees are designed to compensate for the free use of the VyvoPay service and are applied to various actions, such as online or in-store purchases, ATM withdrawals, ATM balance checks, and ATM cash fees.
For online or in-store purchases made using VyvoPay, the issuer foreign exchange fee % of the order value is applied. This fee is charged to cover the cost of currency exchange when making a purchase in a foreign currency.
For ATM transactions, there are several fees that may be applied.
These include:
- Withdrawal fee (1 SGD).
- ATM balance check fee (1 SGD).
- % ATM withdrawing issuer foreign exchange fee.
It is important to note that some transactions may be unrecognized as service costs. If you have any concerns about a transaction, it is recommended that you check your transaction history first to see if it is a service fee. If it is not a service fee, you can contact the VyvoPay support team for assistance.
